Our approach to customer service is simple.
Contact us, and we'll get back to you. That seems like an obvious one, but we all know that great customer service is not as common as it should be.
Please e-mail any questions, comments or concerns to Customer Service. We pledge
to answer your e-mail within 2 business days (although it is usually MUCH sooner).
If you would prefer to speak with a live person, please e-mail us with your
contact information, and someone from our organization will give you a buzz back.
Our shipping policy is simple.
To reduce the green footprint of many of our products, we have arranged for them to be shipped directly from the vendors to you. This means that, instead of having the items travel from the vendor to us and then from us on to you, we have simplified the process and (hopefully) have reduced the miles that your purchase logs before it lands on your doorstep.
Our store return policy is simple.
If you don't like what you get, e-mail us at Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. We'll help you to figure out a suitable replacement to meet your needs
or you can return the item for a store credit that includes the cost of shipping
it back to us.
Our policy regarding life is the simplest of all.
